2003 Awards Dinner & Dance

On Friday 7th November, the Club held its 2003 Awards Dinner/Dance at the Rob Roy Motel, Aberfoyle, with a great turnout of around 60 - 65 people attended this year's event. After an excellent dinner, Chairman Andrew McPhate welcomed everyone who attended and thanked all for their support during the 2003 season. Special votes of thanks were extended to Trish Petrie and Kirsty Lamond for organising the dance and to Violet Bonner for her continued work in looking after the laundry throughout the season. The Chairman then asked Anne Muirhead to present the following awards for the season:

Top Goal Scorer: John Lamond

Young Player of the Year: Stuart Kirkpatrick

Supporter's Player of the Year: Stuart McPhate

Player's Player of the Year: Colin Ferguson

Player of the Year: Nicky Anderson

After the presentations, everyone got down to the serious business of enjoying themselves and with the majority of people taking advantage of an excellent deal of £25 for the evening plus bed and breakfast, a good night was certainly had by all. Many thanks to all that attended and took part in the raffle and special thanks to Stevie and Diane Bryson of the Rob Roy for putting on such a great evening.
