Hall Letting Charges

GROUP USERS Hourly rates for the Various Rooms available

Main Hall: yellow room 12m x 6.5m	£4.40	£6.25	£11.50
Lesser Hall: blue room 10.5m x 5m	£3.60	£5.00	£9.00
Leckie Lounge or Surgery or Drop-in Centre	£3.25	£4.50	£8.00
Main Hall and Lesser Hall	£5.50	£8.00	£15.00
Surgery (with Leckie Lounge as a waiting room)	£3.75	£5.25	£ 9.50


	If either or both the Leckie Lounge and the Surgery are included with 1, 2 or 4 then the additional charge will be 50% of the appropriate charge for either or both of them. Use of the Kitchen is included in each of the above Rates

EXPLANATION OF RATES
CONCESSION	Charities, Groups fundraising specifically for Charities, the Playgroup.
STANDARD	All Community Groups, (WRI, Aerobics, Doctors Surgery Etc)
COMMERCIAL	All licensed events (except private parties or Community Group fundraising); all profit making concerns.


	Concession, Standard and Commercial rates remain the same for evenings.

PRIVATE USERS The following Charges are per session as stated

The use of the Kitchen is included in all the above Rates, if either the Leckie Lounge or the Surgery is included with any of the above for a Private event then the charge will be £4.50 per. hour for each of them.

Private Users may elect to pay the Commercial Rate for shorter Events if this is less expensive.
