A group of 11 Gargunnock Goal Getters are embarking on a whirl-wind tour of the 42 Football League grounds in Scotland, starting in Gretna at 7.00am on Friday 28th April 2006 and finishing in Berwick on Sunday 30th April 2006 at 8.30pm.
The event is in memory of Alan Cumming, and is to raise money for the ME Association (Charity Number 801279) which through their research fund “Ramsay Research Fund” help in the fight against ME / Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
The event will cover over 1100 miles by road, and at each ground the GGG will be running either around the perimeter of the pitch, or if access is not available, the perimeter of the stadium, which in total will be close to running a marathon over the three days.
